Dashboard – Connection Credentials

In this section you’ll find the login credentials required to connect your trading platform (Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, NinjaTrader, etc.) to the program’s trading environment via Rithmic.

🔒 What are Connection Credentials?

Each trading account is issued a unique Rithmic Username and Password. These allow you to:

• Connect to live market data (Level 1 by default; Level 2 if subscribed)
• Place and manage trades on your Evaluation or Funded account
• Authenticate your platform to the correct Rithmic environment

Where to Find Your Credentials

Go to Dashboard → Connection Credentials. You’ll see a table similar to this:

How to Use Them

1. Open your preferred platform (Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, NinjaTrader, etc.).
2. Select Rithmic as the connection/data feed.
3. Paste the Username and Password from the dashboard.
4. Select the correct server:
   • Rithmic Paper Trading for evaluation/sim environments
   • Rithmic Pro for funded/pro environments (as instructed)
5. Connect and verify that quotes update in real time and orders route correctly.

🔐 Notes & Recommendations

• Each account has its own credentials; multiple accounts = multiple logins.
• Credentials work only with Rithmic-compatible platforms.
• If login fails, check:
  • Account status is Active
  • Market Data subscription is enabled/paid
  • Correct Rithmic server selected (Paper vs Pro)
• For Level 2 (Depth of Market), ensure the DOM addon is active in your dashboard.
